Do you get creeped out by a spider crawling across your floor? There are so many different types of spiders in the world and most are harmless. But even if some are not harmful to humans, there are a handful of these arachnids that are just creepy-looking and can scare the wits out of you. Here are five of the most eeriest spiders that you may not want to run into anytime soon.

1. Wolf Spider

These large creatures would certainly make you think twice about any love that you may have for spiders. This particular one lives up to its name as it is hairy like a wolf and can scare even those that happen to love spiders. They are said to not be very aggressive and only attack when defending itself. Thankfully, these spiders are not venomous and will most likely not cause any medical issues unless it becomes infected or you are allergic to its venom. But you have to admit…they are scary.

2. Huntsman Spider

This type of spider will leave chills up and down your spine. It could be because of the long legs it is known for. In fact, the Huntsman spider is said to have the largest leg span of its type. They hunt down their prey, just as their name indicates. This is another one that is not fatal to humans. If bitten, it can cause nausea and headaches. However, most would find this leggy creature just a little creepy.

3. Brazilian Wandering Spider

Don’t get too close to this one as it has been named one of the most venomous spiders in the world. Of course, some people say that humans are unlikely to die from their venom and bites from this spider are said to be rare. But you certainly can agree that they are quite strange looking.

4. Six-Eyed Sand Spider

You guessed it! This one loves the sand and reminds one of a sand crab but its bite can be lethal. The good thing is that it is not very aggressive and would rather run and hide than to stare you down.

5. Zebra Spider

Zebra spiders may have similar black and white stripes as do the mammals that we all know and love but they may not be as lovable and cute. They are quite small but what makes them so creepy is that they can jump. You know what that means? Yes, these little guys can land from one place to another before you know it. Luckily, they are harmless. That is unless you are have arachnophobia.
